Our firm fosters lifetime relationships with our clients. To this end, we start the process with a free initial consultation, where the client interviews our firm, and we interview the client. Because client satisfaction is our top priority, membership in our firm is limited to those clients that we can best serve and enjoy working with. When the goals of the client and the firm are aligned, we proceed with the estate plan creation. 

During the initial meeting, the client(s) meet with Mr. Tuller and briefly discuss our firm's estate planning process, the client's objectives and challenges, and potential solutions. Mr. Tuller and the client(s) decide to move forward, our systems-based approach allows us to exceed client expectations in an organized fashion. In fact, we believe so strongly in our process and abilities that we quote a flat fee for the representation. In our experience, our client's appreciate knowing the cost of services beforehand.
