Generally, most of our new clients are referred to our Firm by an existing client, or a professional in an allied profefssion. Generally, the process for creating your estate plan begins with a fifteen to thirty minute conversation with Mr. Tuller. Thereafter, we schedule a time to meet at our office for our Estate Planning Strategy Session. This meeting is always complimentary, and allows us to get to know one another better. Once completed, we move on to our Design Meeting, where we sit down and design your estate plan, which we refer to as a "Family Legacy Protection Plan." Our next meeting consists of us reviewing your estate planning documents, answering any remaining questions, and making any final changes to your documents. Lastly, we meet for our Signing Ceremony, where we execute the final version of your Family Legacy Protection Plan, and celebrate the fact that you now have a comprehensive estate plan in place.
