After passing the California Bar Examination on his first attempt, Mr. Tuller was designated as a Licensed Attorney by the State Bar of California (SBN 277177), admitted to argue before the Supreme Court of California, California Courts of Appeal and Superior Courts of California.

California Lawyers Association

Since 2013, Mr. Tuller has been a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association.

Mr. Tuller is a long time member of Wealth Counsel, an organization dedicated to assisting Estate Planning Attorney members to provide their client's with the highest caliber of estate planning solutions based upon the latest innovative strategies and changes in the law.

He is also a member of the American Cancer Society National Professional Advisor Network.

EDUCATION:

In 2010, Mr. Tuller earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law. Achievements included being named to the Dean’s List, serving as a student editor for the Annual Survey of International and Comparative Law Journal, and representing his law school as lead counsel in the Stanford Mock Trial Competition. In 2005, he earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon. Here, he majored in Journalism, earned a double minor in Political Science and Communication Studies, and belonged to the University of Oregon Rugby Football Club, where he played as a flanker and hooker.
