Family Legacy Protection Plan (FLPP)
A comprehensive estate plan for young families, multi-generational families or single parents interested in ensuring that their values, legacy, and assets are protected during their life and passed to their loved one’s thereafter. This includes all documents necessary to legally state how, where, when, and to whom your assets go, planning for incapacity such as your desires as to both health care and financial decisions, and may include planning for asset protection, new or existing business interests, planning for more complex assets such as RSU’s or qualified retirement plans and more – depending on your needs.
We offer three (3) tiers of FLPP which will be fully customized according to your family’s situation.
This 2019, we have added 2 services we believe are critical for the success of your estate plan. You can now subscribe to Directive Communication Systems (DCS) and Legal Directives for an extended protection and management of your traditional and digital accounts, as well as immediate access to critical healthcare directives and assigned contacts during medical emergencies.
When you create your estate plan or update your existing plan with us, we will cover the enrollment fee and 1-year subscription to Directive Communication Systems (DCS) and Legal Directives ($500 est. value) at NO COST to you.
